Who We Are

HR Space is an all-in-one human resources management system designed to help organizations efficiently manage their workforce. From onboarding and performance tracking to time-off management and internal communications, HR Space brings it all into one centralized, user-friendly interface.

Personal Information

Personal Information is information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with an individual.

Current Customer Account Owner and Admin User Information

Every customer identifies an account owner, primary contact, or secondary contact, and admin users when receiving HR Space services. We collect your name, title, phone number and email address. We use your information to set up the account for the system service only.

Prospective Employees, Employees, Independent Contractor Information

When you are hired as an employee, we collect information required for us to manage your employment. This information may include your name, surname, photo, phone number, date of birth, residing location, bank account number, or any other financial information.

Business-to-Business Contact Information

We may collect your name, employer, phone number, and email address if you are a prospective customer or a partner.

How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Information

We retain Personal Information about you necessary to fulfill the purpose for which that information was collected and if applicable, in accordance with your employer’s contract with us. When we delete your Personal Information, we do so in a way that prevents that information from being restored or reconstructed.

How Do We Collect Your Personal Information

We collect personal information directly from you when you use HR Space. This includes information provided through your account, activity within the platform, or communication with our support team.

How We Protect Your Information

The security of your Personal Information is important to us. When you enter information in our systems, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure systems. Our program includes appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, procedures, and practices to protect Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. HR Space and its representatives will never request your account credentials. You should never share your HR Space account information, including your username and password, with anyone else. We recommend that you use a unique password for your HR Space account that is not associated with other websites. You should check your HR Space account regularly to ensure that your Personal Information has not been tampered with or altered. You are responsible to ensure that all users enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) on your HR Space account. Any suspicious activity regarding your account, including automated messages or calls from parties you cannot identify, should be reported to HR Space using the contact information below at karen@itspace.am.

Right to Request Deletion

You may request that HR Space delete your Personal Information, subject to certain limited exceptions. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor your requests. You may submit your request via contacting us here karen@itspace.am.

HR Space Communications

Customer Account Owners and Admin Users

HR Space will deliver service, transactional, and promotional communications to you to provide you with our Services or inform you of other Services. Service and transactional communications are required.

Methods of Communication (text, email, phone)

You acknowledge and agree that we may communicate with you via email, phone call, text messaging or any other communication method. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
